Most people alive today will suffer the fury of a hothouse planet. We’ve created an emergency that threatens all of humankind.

The planet offers everything we need to survive and thrive, but not if we continue to wastefully exploit it.

Some geoengineering proposals are clearly designed to allow the destructive fossil fuel industry to keep operating.

It’s never good when people who demonstrate ignorance about science gain positions of power.

Geoengineering would have to be deployed on a massive scale to dramatically affect climate—and could trigger disastrous consequences.

Call it what you like, but look at what we’re doing to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s what we’re doing all over the only planet we have.

Transformation results from standing with land defenders, marching with climate strikers, signing petitions, and attending public meetings.

Arts for Canadians Tomorrow Society created Toronto Spark to foster greater appreciation for underrepresented artistic communities. A rising tide of understanding lifts all of us.
Arts for Canadians Tomorrow Society is grateful to be held on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples, that is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We acknowledge our privilege to be gathered on this land, and commit to work with and be respectful to the Indigenous peoples whose arts and stories inspire us to bring communities together.
