New Year’s Tribute
May you love everyone.
May your love awaken the earth.
May you knock on the earth’s spring,
Passionate and gentle.
May your love grow in the desert.
Ah, the vast ocean,
May you be adorned with desire,
May your desires scatter across the wilderness.
May the sound of your rain kiss the earth,
Vivid and bare.
May your tribute be breathtaking,
Burning the withered silence.
May you be my redemption,
My all, my joy.
May you attract me like a magnet,
With wonder and grace.
May you love all encounters.
May you love the climb on this earth,
Between spring and the flower buds.
May your love astonish the world.
